摘要
采用真空熔炼和热压烧结相结合的方法制备AgSbSe2基热电材料,重点考察Na掺杂对AgSbSe2组织结构和热电输运特性的影响。研究结果表明,Na掺杂显著提高了AgSbSe2的载流子浓度,导致提高电导率和功率因子,进而提高ZT值,在673K时AgNa0.04Sb0.96Se2的ZT值高达1.03。
Ag Sb Se2 based thermoelectric materials were prepared by the vacuum melting with hot pressing sintering. The effect of Na doping on the microstructure and thermoelectric transport behavior is investigated. The result shows that Na doping dramatically improves the carrier concentration of Ag Sb Se2,leading to the enhancement of electrical conductivity and power factor. Therefore,the ZT value is obvious improved by Na doping and ZT value of 1. 03 is obtained for the Ag Na0. 04Sb0. 96Se2 sample.
