显微外科联合伽马刀手术治疗大脑皮质中央区巨大脑膜瘤的临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical observation of the curative effect of microsurgery combined with gamma knife operation in the treatment of large meningeioma in the cerebral cortex

摘要 目的探讨显微外科联合伽马刀手术治疗大脑皮质中央区巨大脑膜瘤的临床效果。方法将60例大脑皮质中央区巨大脑膜瘤患者分为两组,各30例。对照组采用显微外科手术治疗,观察组采用显微外科联合伽马刀手术治疗。比较两组神经功能缺损程度评分、肿瘤切除程度及术后症状改善情况。结果观察组术后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组伽玛刀术后肿瘤切除率和症状改善率均高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组愈后良好率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论显微外科联合伽马刀手术治疗大脑皮质中央区巨大脑膜瘤效果确切,可提高肿瘤切除率,改善患者临床症状和神经功能障碍,且安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgery combined with gamma knife operation on the treatment of large meningioma in the cerebral cortex. Methods Sixty cases of cerebral cortex large meningiomas patients were divided into two groups( n = 30 in either). Patients in the control group were treated with microsurgery,while those in the observation group were given microsurgery combined with gamma knife treatment. Neurological deficit scores,tumor resection degrees and postoperative symptoms were compared between the groups. Results The postoperative neurological deficit score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P 〈0. 01). Tumor resection degree and postoperative symptom improvement rate in the observation rate were higher than those of the control group( P 〈0. 01) and the prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion The microsurgery combined with gamma knife surgery for the treatment of cortical central giant meningioma can improve the tumor resection degree and improve clinical symptoms and neurological dysfunction. It is obviously effective as well as safe and reliable.
