摘要
厂拌热再生沥青混合料的拌和温度对再生混合料(RAP)的性能有着很大的影响。若温度过低,容易导致新旧材料无法完全融合,致使再生混合料路用性能下降;若温度过高,则容易发生沥青的再次老化,同时消耗更多的能源。文章通过室内车辙板试验和RAP分散性试验初步确定RAP加热温度区间(100~140℃),并通过分析AC-20S再生混合料的整体路用性能(低温性能与疲劳性能)与厂拌热再生混合料加热温度的关系,提出RAP的合理加热区间为120~130℃。
Heating temperature has great influence on the pavement performance during the hot in plant recycling process of reclaimed asphalt mixture. The aging mixture and the virgin mixture can not be fully mixed if the heating temperature is too low and the performance of reclaimed mixture can not meet the mixture standard. Otherwise, the reclaimed mixture will be aged under high heating temperature which will also need more energy during heating process. The reasonable heating temperature is preliminarily presented based on both the wheel tracking test and the RAP's diversity(100~140 ℃). The optimum heating temperature is determined based on the relationship between the heating temperature of reclaimed mixtures(AC-20S) and general pavement performance(performance in low temperature and ability to prevent fatigue).
