摘要
传统的路面碾压工艺主要依据压路机操作手的经验模糊估算压实次数,容易产生超压或欠压,为此文章开发了基于碾压次数和碾压温度的沥青路面压实实时监测及分析系统,一方面能够在施工过程中实时指导操作手完成预定的碾压次数,避免欠压或者超压,提高沥青路面压实质量;另一方面还可以分析在施工完成后,某一段路或某一段时间内碾压均匀性情况,为下一步的施工管理提供辅助支撑。通过实体工程测试验证,该系统稳定可靠,达到预期目标,符合实际工程需要。
The traditional rolling depends on operator experience to estimate compaction times, which leads to over-times or under-times. In this paper, real-time monitoring and analysis system for asphalt pavement compaction based on rolling times and rolling temperature is developed. On the one hand, it can provide the real-time guidance for operator to complete the predetermined rolling times during construction process, and it can avoid over-times or under-times and improve the compaction quality of asphalt pavement; on the other hand, it can provide additional support for the next phase by analyzing the rolling uniformity for a certain pavement section or a certain period of time after construction. Through the entity engineering test, the system is proved to be stable and reliable, and achieves the expected target, and meets the actual engineering need.
