摘要
文章结合笔者在访学期间对英国纽卡斯尔市的实地考察,对其城市交通控制与管理的基本概况进行介绍,主要包括对外交通、内部交通、行人交通、公共交通等方面,并结合国内城市交通现状提出几点建议供国内同行交流与探讨。
This essay introduces briefly situations and practical measures of urban traffic control and management in Newcastle when author visiting the Newcastle University, including aspects of external traffic, internal traffic, pedestrain traffic and publlic traffic. Andsome suggestions are put forward according to domestic current situation of traffic for communication.
