摘要
淮安港位于江苏北部的中心区域,处于苏北运河与淮河出海航道的交汇处,具有得天独厚的区位优势。随着区域经济的快速发展、江苏沿海开发的推进、长江经济带的建设和长三角一体化的实施、上海航运中心的打造、上海自贸区的成立以及长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道工程的建设,淮安港发展面临良好的机遇,同时也存在一些挑战和制约因素。文章运用SWOT分析法分析淮安港发展面临的优势和劣势,存在的机遇与挑战,并提出相应的发展策略。
Huaian Port is located in the central of the north region of Jiangsu, at the interchange between Subei canal and Huaihe river navigational channel, with unique geographical advantages. With the rapid development of regional economy, the implementation of the Jiangsu coastal development, the construction of Yangtze River economic belt, the integration of Yangtze River delta, the building of Shanghai shipping center, the establishment of Shanghai free trade area, and the construction of 12.5 meters deep water channel, Huaian port is facing good opportunities, but also has some challenges and constraints. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of Huaian port development are analyzed using SWOT method, the corresponding development strategies are proposed.
