海藻提取物对广西麻鸡蛋品质的影响

摘要 为研究海藻提取物对广西麻鸡蛋品质的影响,试验随机选取38周龄广西麻鸡1 200只为试验对象,进行为期7周的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加海藻提取物300 mg·kg-1。结果表明,试验组的蛋黄比率、哈氏单位、蛋比重分别比对照组高出2.4%、3.0个哈氏单位、0.010(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、血肉斑率、蛋黄颜色得到一定改善,但是差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明海藻提取物能够提高鸡蛋的蛋品质。 The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of seaweed extract on egg quality of Guangxi partridge chicken. One thousand and two hundred Guangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to 2 groups, each group had 3 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets adding to 300 mg. kg-1 seaweed extract for 6 weeks. The results showed that adding seaweed extract into diet could increase the specific gravity of eggs, percentage of egg yolk and haugh unit of eggs (P〈0.05), and could little improve egg-shape index, shell strength, shell thickness, yolk color. The conclusion of the study was seaweed extract can improve egg quality of Guangxi partridge chicken.
