本文主要探讨大型装备制造企业知识管理体系的建设和实践。首先沈冶机械知识管理体系建设实践出发,论述其进行知识管理体系建设的背景、必要性和内在需要,其次详细阐述了其进行知识管理体系建设的步骤和做法,最后对知识管理体系建设取得的成效进行了总结。该研究为其他同类型装备制造企业进行知识管理提供了有效的管理经验。
