Study on the Approach to Talent Cultivation through School-enterprise Cooperation Linked by Skills Competition of Vocational Schools

定期举办职业技能大赛是我国教育工作的一项重大制度设计与创新.通过对技能大赛的理性思考,提出以技能大赛为平台,建立长效机制,深化校企合作,促进教、学、产、研结合,推进职业教育教学改革的基本思路.真正实现学校与企业的"优势互补、资源共享、合作共赢、共谋发展"的人才培养和人才吸纳的多赢互惠局面.

It’s a major systematic design and innovation in China’s education for vocational schools to host skills competition regularly. Some suggestions are given to promote vocaional education teaching reform by establishing long-term mechanism,deepening the school-enterprise cooperation,advancing the integration of teaching,study,production and research,which are based on the platform of skills competiton. It is also able to further develop the talent cultivation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,to creat a good environment for the schools and the enterprises to enjoy complementary advantages,resource sharing,win-win cooperation and common interests.
