摘要
免费师范生专业情意的强弱在很大程度上影响着其从教意愿和今后的执教效果,值得重点关注。当前,免费师范生的专业情意在专业理想、专业情操、专业性向和专业自我等方面都存在不同程度的缺失。以生涯发展理论为基础,通过开展职业锚认定,完成"职业-人"匹配,形塑专业自我,有利于提升免费师范生的专业情意。
It is worthy of attention that the professional affection of tuition- free normal students largely affects their will of future teaching and teaching effectiveness. Currently, there are different degrees of deficiency of professional affection in their professional ideal,professional sentiment, professional aptitude, professional self, etc. It will help to enhance tuition- free normal students' professional affection to carry out career anchor identification, complete "profession- who" matching, and shape professional self based on career development theory.
