为实现高职教育人才培养与职业岗位的无缝对接,就必须深化校企合作,掌握职业岗位需求,高职的课程体系构建必须要有行业、企业的共同参与。构建与职业标准相衔接的高职课程体系,应坚持实用价值取向、岗位适切取向、能力本位取向这三个基本原则,以市场需求为导向、以工作过程为主线、以职业能力为基础的构建思路。

To cultivate the talents who are qualified for the vocational post,the higher vocational education must deepen the college-enterprise cooperation and understand the requirements of vocational post. The industries and enterprises must take part in the construction of the curriculum system. Starting from the integration of vocational standard and vocational curriculum system,this thesis focuses on the three principles that are sticking to the practical value orientation,the post appropriate orientation,the competence-based orientation. At the same time,this thesis claims that we should take market need as the orientation,take the working process as the main line,take the professional ability as the basis for constructing the curriculum system.
