单螺杆挤出非等温三维流场的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 为详细了解螺旋挤压工艺对聚合物物料的性能产生的影响,在螺杆转速为10 rpm,进出口压差为2×107Pa工艺条件下,利用网格重叠技术,借助于Polyflow软件数值模拟单螺杆均化段挤压过程。分析流道内压强、速度、剪切速率、黏度、黏性生热和温度场的分布规律,为进一步优化工艺参数提供理论依据。 In order to investigate the influence of polymer material,the Polyflow software was used to simulate the spiral extrusion process with the MST technology. When the rotation speed was 10 rpm,the pressure difference between the entrance and exit of the extruder was 2 × 107 Pa. Six parameters( the pressure,the velocity,the local shearing rate,the viscosity,the viscosity heating and the temperature) were analyzed in the runner. It aims to provide theoretical basis for further optimization of process parameters.
