教师专业发展的重要手段之一是依托于信息技术。目前教师专业发展存在诸如理念、制度等问题。在信息技术平台下,探讨教师专业发展的路径和措施,如资源获取、教师听课、教学合作、网络平台学习、教学反思等。教师只有充分利用快速发展的信息技术,才能有效提升其专业素养。

One of the important means of teachers＇ professional development is based on information technology. At present,there are many problems such as concept,system and so on. In the current information technology platform,teachers＇ professional development path emerges in an endless stream. This thesis discusses the above issues to explore the path and measures for the professional development of teachers,such as the acquisition of resources,teachers＇ lectures,teaching cooperation,teaching reflection,etc. Teachers should make full use of the rapid development of information technology so as to enhance the professional quality of teachers.
