次磷酸铝阻燃剂的合成及其在PBT中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 通过工业副产物和次磷酸钠经一步反应制备得到次磷酸铝(Al HP)阻燃剂。采用1H-NMR、31P-NMR、FTIR、XRF、XRD以及TGA等技术表征了其产物结构及热降解行为。作为阻燃剂应用于PBT时,20 wt%的阻燃剂添加量可使聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)的极限氧指数(LOI)由16.6%提高至29.2%,复合材料的垂直燃烧测试达到UL94 V-0级别;此外,Al HP的加入可显著降低PBT的热释放速率,促进稳定炭层的形成。 In this study, aluminum hypophosphite(Al HP) flame retardant was synthesized withindustrial by-products and sodium hypophosphite through one-step reaction. The structure and thermalbehavior of the product were characterized by1H-NMR,31P-NMR,FTIR,XRF,XRD and TGA. As aflame retardant being used in PBT,the limit oxygen index(LOI) of PBT with 20wt% filler loadingimproved from 16. 6% to 29. 2%,and the vertical burning test reached UL94 V-0 grade. Moreover,notonly the heat release rate(HRR)of PBT decreased obviously with the adding of Al HP,but also theformation of a stable carbon layer had been promoted.
