高校教师水平提升体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of University Teachers'Level Improvement System

现阶段我国高校教师人数大幅增长,但在教师队伍中,普遍存在青年教师教学经验欠缺,中老年教师运用现代化教学手段偏弱现象.因此,寻求如何构建和完善高校教师教学水平提升体系是当前亟待解决的问题.

Teachers in colleges and universites in our country are increased significantly at present stage,but in the teachers,there are widespread young teachers lack of teaching experience and the middle and old aged teachers use modern teaching means weak phenomenon. Therefore,it is an urgent problem to find out how to construct and improve the teaching level of teachers in colleges and universities.
