摘要
安徽省各级残联管理服务于全省各类残疾人400多万人,在新常态下,为提升残疾人社会事务管理和公共服务能力,充分利用信息化手段,提升残联机关行政工作水平,实现省市县三级协同无纸化办公,建设自动化办公系统的需求十分迫切。本文阐述了在全省残联建设自动化办公系统的必要性,介绍了办公自动化系统设计方法与技术路线选择,简要叙述了系统实现的功能以及后期的升级建议。
Anhui Federation of Disabled Persons offers services and management for over 4,000,000 disabled persons across Anhui province. To improve the management and service efficiency for disabled persons under"the New Normal", it's urgent to establish an E-office automation system among the three administrative levels of province, city and county. In this paper, the necessities of establishing an automation system for Anhui Federation of Disabled Persons are analyzed; the design methods and optional techniques are presented; and the functions and upgrading methods of the system are proposed.
