摘要
朝阳市某钼尾矿中含有相对较易于回收的磁铁矿和片状云母,铁品位5.30%,云母品位12.23%。在实验室条件下通过粗选-磨矿-精选流程磁选回收铁,可得产率5.06%、铁品位63.75%、回收率60.87%的铁精矿。对粗选尾矿进行磨矿,用0.075 mm孔径标准试验筛进行筛分分选,筛上产物为云母精矿,可得产率10.08%、云母品位98.00%、回收率80.77%的云母精矿。
The molybdenum tailings in Chaoyang contain magnetite and flake mica,which are relatively easier to recovery. The grade of iron and mica are 5. 30% and 12. 23% respectively. In laboratory conditions,by rough separation- grinding- fine separation process,the iron concentrate with iron grade of 63. 75% and recovery rate of 60. 87% was obtained through magnetic separation recovery. The tailings of rough separation was grinded and was sieved by 0. 075 mm diameter standard test screen,and the oversize product on screen was mica concentrate. Mica concentrate can be obtained with yields of 10. 08%,grade of 98. 00%,and recycling rate of 80. 77%.
