摘要
根据环保新政及铁前产量提升的要求,崇利制钢有限公司对原有两台90 m2烧结机进行升级改造。针对改造后新建的一台240m2烧结机及配套设备,详细介绍了该240m2烧结机工艺系统的设计过程、工艺流程及设备的特点。
According to the new law of environmental protection and the demand for boosting pre- iron output,Chongli Steel Co.,Ltd has been upgrading and transforming two old 90m2 sintering machines. After the transformation,a 240 m2 sintering machine and its supporting equipment is planned to be built. This paper gives a detailed introduction of the design,process flow and characteristics of the new 240m2 sintering system.
