侧向进水泵站前池整流三维数值计算 被引量:24

摘要 为了改善侧向进水泵站前池流态,应用CFX软件,基于N^S方程和标准k~ε湍流模型,对某侧向进水泵站前池进行了无整流措施和多种整流措施的数值计算。结果表明,无整流措施时,前池内存在大范围回流区,水流斜向进入进水池,在隔墩附近形成漩涡;加设"Y"型导流墩,主流被分成2部分,流速分布趋于合理,进水角度得到调整;加设底坎后,翼墙前端回流消失,坎后出现横向水流和竖向漩涡,水流结构发生改变;加设导流墙后,回流区对主流的干扰减弱,水流均匀平顺进入进水池,是一种理想的整流方案。数值计算结果与模型试验结果基本一致。 To improve the flow pattern of side-intake forebay of pumping station,based on the solution of the N^Sequations and the standard k~εturbulent model,flow pattern in forebay was simulated for several measures by CFX and their characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that,large-scale circulation flow could be caused in the side-intake forebay without rectification measurement,water obliquely would enter into the pump sump,and the vortex appeared nearby the division pipe.After a"Y"type diversion pier was added,the main flow was divided into two parts,and the velocity distribution was more reasonable,and the inlet angle was improved.After a sill was added,the reflux in front of the wing wall disappeared,horizontal flow and vertical flow vortex appeared behind the sill,and the flow structure was changed.After a guide wall was added,the interference of the mainstream by reflux was weakened and the flow smoothly entered into the pump sump,which was an ideal solution.The results obtained by numerical simulation were consistent with those by model test method.
