摘要 阳泉煤业集团华越机械有限公司在液压支架柱窝铸件实际生产过程中,由于传统铸造工艺的局限性,铸件浇冒口系统不能满足铸件自身的补缩需求,导致铸件在切割冒口后,在铸件十字筋热节圆处存在缩孔和缩松等铸造缺陷,部分铸件热处理完毕后,在机加工的过程中,铸件底部十字筋热节圆处存在树枝状不规则裂纹缺陷,直接导致铸件报废,无法使用。通过对液压支架柱窝铸件进行工艺优化改进,采用保温发热冒口套工艺,有效地避免了铸件缩孔、缩松、裂纹等铸造缺陷的产生,从工艺设计上保证了铸件产品内部质量,提高了铸件工艺出品率。 In actual production process of hydraulic support column nest casting,due to the limitation of traditional casting art,casting running and feeding system cannot meet the demand of feeding,leads to the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity are existed in cross reinforcement hot pitch circle of castings after cutting casting head. After heat treatment of part of the casting,in the process of machining,dendritic irregular crack defects are existed in cross reinforcement hot pitch circle of castings bottom,leads to the casting scrapping. By improving the hydraulic support column nest casting process and using the technique of heat preservation,the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity,shrinkage porosity,crack are avoided. The internal quality of casting products is ensured on technology design,the production rate of casting technique is increased.
