锚网索联合支护技术在杜儿坪矿的应用

摘要 矿井生产中,合理的巷道支护在保证支护质量的同时降低了支护成本。现阶段,锚网索联合支护技术是回采巷道支护的主要形式之一。本文以杜儿坪矿62711工作面回风巷道为例,通过确定支护参数,采用锚网索联合支护的方式,并应用数值模拟技术对支护方案进行评价,得出巷道掘进速度完全满足采掘比要求,支护质量较好且取得了一定的经济效益,可为其他矿井在类似地质条件下提供借鉴。 It ensures the support quality and reduces the support costs of reasonable roadway support in production of coal mine. At the present stage,bolt- mesh- anchor combined support is one of the main form of mining roadway supporting. Takes Du'erping coal mine 62711 working face mining roadway as the example,adopts the form of bolt- mesh- anchor combined support by ensuring supporting parameters,and using numerical simulation technique to evaluate the supporting scheme. It obtains that the rate of roadway advance is completely satisfied the requirement of mining and excavation ratio,the support quality is better and has a certain economic benefits. It can provide reference for other coal mine in the similar geological condition.
