Application of Intelligent Centralized Control System on Emulsion Pump Station in Fully Mechanized Working Face

针对原乳化液泵站系统技术落后,影响工作面正常生产,甚至存在安全隐患的问题,山西古县西山鸿兴煤业在近年投运了一套综采工作面乳化液泵站智能集中控制系统,采用变频电机与泵站控制箱、高低压反冲洗装置等的全新组合设备,提高了泵站的使用可靠性,实现向工作面提供恒压恒流的乳化液,减少了泵站的事故发生率及维护劳动量,节省了电能的消耗,为提高综采工作面的产量、保障工作面安全生产创造了条件。

Aiming at the problems that backward technology of emulsion pump station system affects the normal production of working face,even has hidden trouble in safety. A set of emulsion pump station intelligent centralized control system of fully mechanized working face is introduced by Hongxing coal industry. It creates the conditions to improve the yield of fully mechanized working face and ensure the safety production of working face.
