科技期刊是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是传播科技信息、争取创新成果首发权的重要平台。中国是科技期刊和论文产出大国,但与世界发达国家相比,中国期刊的国际影响力和学术论文的学科辐射力还有一定的差距。为了改变这种现状,国家启动了"精品科技期刊工程建设"和"中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划"。文中重点介绍了这一"建设"和"计划"的实施过程及其期刊遴选条件与资助额度,旨在为广大办刊同仁着力走进"精品"行业提供借鉴。

Science and technology periodical is an important part of national innovation system of science and technology,and the first important platform to spread technology information and creative achievements. Our country has numerous science and technology periodicals which published huge numbers of papers. But compared with developed countries,there is still a long way to go for Chinese journals to improve their international influence and the radial force of academic papers. In order to change this situation,the state launched the ＂boutique sci-tech periodicals construction＂and＂China science and technology journal international influence promotion project＂. The paper mainly introduced the ＂construction＂and ＂the project＂of the implementation of the process and its periodical selection conditions and funding lines,aiming to provide some reference for those want to go into the ＂boutique＂industry.
