摘要
高校学前教育专业学生的专业认同感培养是实现学生自我价值的内在动力,关系着学生今后的职业发展。本文通过分析强化高校学前教育专业学生专业认同感的意义,描述目前高校学前教育专业学生专业认同感存在的问题,从抓好新生入学教育,澄清专业认识;积极的心理暗示,树立专业信心;组织丰富多彩的活动,培养专业兴趣;建立实习基地,了解工作环境;合理优化课程设置,提高专业能力;建立双导师制,培养双师型高校教师;创设良好的校园文化氛围,提升专业知名度等七个方面提出了强化策略。
The sense of major identity of preschool education majors,an interior motive for the realization of their self-value,exerts the direct influence on their career progress in the future. The paper attempts to,through analyzing the significance of reinforcing the sense of major identity of preschool education majors,depict the current problems existing in this field,and put forward some strategies for the reinforcement by exploring how to conduct good education on their entrance to school,clarifying their understanding of the major,building their confidence in the major through some active psychological implications,cultivating interests in their majors by means of various activities,setting up bases for internship to get knowledge of working environments,optimizing the set-up of cur-ricula to upgrade their major competence,establishing a system of double qualifications to cultivate double teach-ers,and creating a good campus atmosphere to uplift the fame of their majors.
