The loneliness is the dominant tone of Yan Ge＇s novels,in which Yan Ge employs her sensitivity and calmness to probe into the character＇s soul to display their different identities with the same theme loneliness. This paper tries to understand the writer＇s comprehension of loneliness,the significance of lonely standing fast,and her attitudes towards literature and life through her propositions of the background settings of the broken family,the non-human characters,waiting,death and pursuit.
