Study on the Value Orientation and Realization Paths of City Management

文章针对城市管理这一核心问题展开论述,提出强化城市管理应当紧密结合内化为城市属性的价值、文化的发展规律,以城市属性的开放性、自治性、自由性为出发点,注重管理理念更新,确保市民阶层参与,坚持服务以人为本,实现城市管理和城市发展的和谐共生。

This article proposes combining city management and development laws of value and culture, two characteristics of the city, taking the openness, autonomy and freedom of the city as the starting point, attaching importance to management idea renewal, ensuring the participation of the citizen class as well as adhering to the people-oriented ideas in service, which is expected to realize the harmonious coexistence of city management and city development.
