摘要
文章梳理了《STCW78/10公约》马尼拉修正案履约期间,"11规则"和"12考纲"出台后,"航海学"课程内容的变化情况,分析了当前"航海学"课程教学现状,在此基础上提出了"航海学"课程教学改革相关建议。
This article studies the alterations to Navigation after the implementation of Rule 11 and Exam Outline 12 under the background of the implementation of Manila Amendments to STCW78/10, analyzes the status quo of the teaching of Navigation as well as puts forward the proposals for its teaching reform.
