摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱法对干制苹果片中甜蜜素进行检测。建立了以Inertsil ODS-3为液相色谱柱,以乙腈、10mmol/L乙酸铵(pH=4.0)为流动相,质谱采用电喷雾离子源,负离子扫描,以178.2/79.8为定量离子对的检测方法。该方法测得的甜蜜素在0~800.0ng/mL内具有良好的线性,检出限为0.013mg/kg,加标回收率在91.9%~99.2%。该方法适合干制苹果片中甜蜜素的分析。与传统的甜蜜素检测方法———气相色谱法相比较,该方法具有分析速度快、操作方便、重现性好、灵敏度高等特点。
Testing Sodium cyclamate in dried apple with LC-MS/MS method in the paper, the method was developed based on novel HPLC column Inertsil ODS-3 with acetonitrile, 10mmol/L ammonium acetate (pH=4.0) as mobile phase, combined with MS, which used negative ion scaning, and quantification ion pair was 178.2/79.8. A good linear was in 0~800.0ng/mL, and detection limit was 0.013mg/kg, and adding standard recovery was 91.9%~99.2%. There were advantages such as being fast, easy, reproducible and relatively sensitive compared with conventional gas chromatography with the method.
