多维视域下乐山农村社区建设研究——基于乐山市F农村社区案例

Research on Constructing of Rural Community in Leshan Under the Perspective of Multi-Dimension——Taking the Rural F Community in Leshan as an Example

农村社区是促进农村社会全面发展的重要载体、着力点和"助推剂"。研究表明农村社区建设取得了明显效果:如基层组织健全,制度规范,责权清晰,凝聚力强;农业产业化程度不断高;各类社区服务不断完善,社区认同感与归属感增强等。但毋容质疑,农村社区建设乏力,农村社区建设认识不足、政策扶持不到位、基础设施薄弱、行政倾向浓厚、村民参与意识淡薄等系列瓶颈问题。文章以社区建设相关理论成果为研究框架,通过实证分析,对进一步加强农村社区建设提出了相应的对策建议。

The rural community is the important carrier,the focus point and the ＂booster＂ to promote the comprehensive development of the rural community. Studies have shown that rural community construction has achieved remarkable results,such as sound grass-roots organizations,normative system of rules,clear responsibility and authority,strong cohesion; constant improvement of the degree of agricultural industrialization,gradual improvement of various community services,and enhancement of sense of community and belonging. But there is no doubt that the problem of rural community construction lies in weak power,inadequate knowledge,weak policy support,vulnerable infrastructure,strong administrative tendency,weak consciousness of villagers＇ participation. This paper takes the relevant theoretical results of community building as the research framework,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the construction of rural communities through empirical analysis.
