关于以法治思维和法治方式治理腐败的思考

A Study of Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law and the Way of Law

以法治思维和法治方式反腐的提出从理念和实践两个层面为新形势下反腐败、建设廉洁政治生态指明了路向,开启了反腐败新的征程。以法治思维和法治方式治理腐败,须完善反腐的实体法律制度;重视正当法律程序遏制权力滥用;推进和保障公民参与反腐的权利,把权力关进制度的笼子。

The idea of anti-corruption by the rule of law and the way of Law pointed out the way in concept and the practice to fight corruption in the new situation and set up a clean political ecology,thus opened a new journey of anti-corruption. To fight corruption by the rule of law and the way of law,we must improve the legal system of anti-corruption entity,emphasize proper law procedure and curb power abuse,promote and guarantee the rights of citizens to fight corruption,and finally put power into the cage of system.
