摘要
文章通过CFD对汽车空调鼓风机进行分析,通过对蜗壳、扇叶进行优化,改善鼓风机内部流场,在满足原鼓风机性能要求的前提下,实现降低鼓风机转速,通过试验验证满足要求,为其他车型进行空调鼓风机降噪优化提供技术参考。
A CFD analysis was carried out to optimize the volute and fan blade of the Automotive air conditioning blower and improve the internal flow field of an automobile air conditioning blower.After analysis,the optimized design will meet the performance requriements of the blower with lower rotating speed.Testing the optimized model we found that the air output and noise level meet the performance requriements which can be used to optimize other automobile air conditioning blowers.
