摘要
变速器同步环组件是锁环式同步器系统的重要组成部分,锁环式同步器系统的失效模式主要为同步环的断裂,而引起同步环断裂的主要原因是冲击引起的疲劳破坏。针对此问题,采用ABAQUS显式动态分析来模拟同步过程中同步环的冲击情况,并采用FEMFAT软件以强度分析结果为输入,进行同步环疲劳寿命分析。通过此分析,在同步器设计初期进行疲劳耐久预测,为结构设计提供指导。
The transmission synchronizer rings is an important part of the lock ring synchronizer system.And the main failure pattern of lock ring synchronizer system is synchronous ring's rupture,which is mainly caused by the impact.ABAQUS explicit dynamic analysis is carried out to simulate the impact of synchronous ring during synchronization process regarding this problem.Then input the strength calculation result to FEMFAT software to simulate synchronizer rings fatigue life.Through this analysis,the fatigue property was predicted at the early stage of synchronizer design and the structure design is well guided.
