褐家鼠对慢性抗凝血灭鼠剂拒食性研究

Study of Rattus norvegicus's Reluctance of Anticoaigulant rodenticides

本文报告在长期应用抗凝血灭鼠剂地区,褐家鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂毒饵具有明显的拒食性。使用抗凝血剂毒饵火鼠3个月后捕捉的褐家鼠,与3年内未曾使用过抗凝血剂毒饵的褐家鼠,摄食系数的差别具有高度显著性(u=14.57,P<0.01)。文中还分析了产生拒食性的原因及其对策。

This paper describes how Rattus norvegicus become reluctant to eat Anticoagulant rodenticides bait in areas where the baits has been put for some period of time.The Rottus norvegicus taken from areas where Anticoagulant rodenticides bait has been put for three months are obviously reluctant to eat the bait than those taken from areas where no such baits has been put within five years. The ratio between the two group is U=14.57; p<0.01. Thus the author draws the conclusion: Rattus norveoicus develope aa apparent reluctance of Anticoagulant rodenticides after three months the baits baits has been put.Also in this paper the author gives an explgination of this phenomenon and some countermeasures suggested to take.
