法治文化认同:促进民族团结的重要途径

"文化认同"是人们思想深处的共识,法治文化认同是人们对于法律制度文化、法律精神文化、法律行为文化所达成的共识。党的十八提出"要以法治文化建设奠定法治国家的坚实根基",十八届四中全会再次提出要强化"依法治国"文化认同意识,法治文化认同对于推进法治中国的建设具有重大意义。特别是多元文化背景下的民族地区,由于法治宣传力度薄弱,法治文化认同度不高,为了巩固民族团结,提高法治建设的实效性,必须大力加强民族地区的经济、教育、文化建设,营造良好的法治氛围,增进民族地区的法治文化认同,促进民族和谐稳定,共同发展。

Especially under the background of cultural diversity in national regions, due to the rule of law publicity is weak, the rule of law culture identity is not high. In order to strengthen national unity, improve the effectiveness of the construction of the rule of law, we must vigorously strengthen the economy, education and culture construction in national regions, create a good atmosphere of the rule of law, promote the rule of law in national regions＇ cultural identity and keep them harmony, stability and common development.
