摘要
通过热等静压工艺,采用方形包套制备了2A12铝合金粉末试样,研究了包套的变形情况、2A12铝合金粉末试样的力学性能和断口形貌。结果表明:2A12铝合金粉末试样的力学性能低于锻件,断裂方式为脆性断裂;粉末表面的氧化物抑制了其扩散连接,从而粉末界面连接强度较低,试样从界面连接处断裂。
The 2A12 aluminum alloy powder specimens were prepared by hot isostatic pressing with a square can- ning. The deformation of canning, mechanical properties and fracture morphology of 2A12 aluminum alloy pow- der specimens were studied. Results show that mechanical properties of the specimens are lower than those of forged samples, the fracture mechanism is brittle fracture; the surface oxides inhibit the diffusion bonding among the powder particles; and the bonding strength in the powder interface is low, thus the samples are fractured from the interface.
