摘要
利用原位反应真空烧结法制备了不同NbC含量的Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷试样,并对试样的显微组织及力学性能进行分析。结果表明,随着NbC含量的增加,硬质相颗粒得到细化且均匀分布在粘结相中;试样的硬度和耐磨性先提高后降低,当NbC的质量分数为6.0%时,试样的硬度最高,耐磨性能最好。
Mo2FeB2 based cermets with various NbC contents were prepared by the method of in situ reaction and vacuum sintering. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples were also studied. Results show that the hard phase is refined and uniformly distributed in the binder phase, and the hardness and wear resistance of the samples increase firstly and then decrease with the NbC content increasing. The sample has the highest hardness and best wear resistance when the mass percent of NbC is 6.0%.
