97WNiFe合金超大制件的密度和显微组织均匀性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以细颗粒钨粉、电解镍粉、羰基铁粉为原料,采用传统液相烧结方法制备出质量66 kg,尺寸?120 mm×320 mm的超大97W2Ni1Fe钨合金样品。对样品进行解剖,以纵向、横向共计52块样品进行密度、金相分析,讨论大件钨合金材料的密度、显微组织的均匀性。结果表明,超大制件的钨合金制品内部的材料密度、显微组织均存在规律性的分布,由于烧结时热传导的时间效应,超大制件钨合金材料的密度和钨颗粒尺寸由制件表层到内部均逐步递减。 With fine tungsten powder, electrolytic nickel powder and carbonyl iron powder as raw material, the oversized parts 97W2NilFe alloy was prepared by liquid phase sintering. The weight of 97W2NilFe oversized parts was 66 kg and the size was Ф120mm×320mm. The oversized part was cut into 52 parts, and then densities and microstructure of the 52 parts were measured and analyzed, respectively, to study the density and microstruc- ture uniformity. Results show that the density and microstructure of the oversized tungsten alloy have regular distri- bution. Because of time effect of heat conduction during sintering, the density and tungsten particle size both de- crease gradually from surface to the interior of the workpieces.
