摘要
基于CAE技术发展及其在电动工具研发中的应用价值,列举CAE仿真分析在结构强度、刚度、跌落、疲劳寿命、结构运动学、振动噪音、流体散热、电磁设计和多学科协同仿真等应用案例,根据行业研发现状,提出建立CAE能力的实施措施。
The CAE simulation development and it's values contributing to electric tool research and design were introduced, some application cases for electric tool design including structure stress, deformation, kinematics, vibration & noise, air flow & temperature control, magnetic design, manufacture design, experimental optimization and multi-disciplinary analysis were detailed listed. At last, the measures that should be taken by electric tool company to establish CAE simulation capability were discussed.
