特钢产业作为淮安市五大千亿元产业之一,在全市的经济发展结构中占据重要的地位。文章在淮安市特钢产业发展现状分析的基础上,从产业集群与物流系统优化的角度,对其进行物流整体规划的需求分析与方案设计,并提出淮安特钢产业物流整体规划发展的实施措施与保障建议。

One of the most important industries in Huai＇an city is the special steel industry, which occupies an important position in the economic development in the city＇s structure, and based on analyzing the present situation of the steel industry development in Huai＇an city, from the perspective of industrial cluster and logistics system optimization, demand analysis and design of the overall planning for the industry logistics, we proposed the measures and recommendations about of the overall logistics planning and analysis in Huai＇an special steel industry.
