The logistics industry is not only the main artery of national economy but also the important maniferstation of a nation＇s modernization and comprehensive national strength.Mars＇ s theory of capital turnover has a guiding effect on enterprise＇s capital turnover, and the speed and efficiency of capital turnover decide the survival or death of enterprises, so the modern logistics came into being to shorten the turnaround time of corporate capital. This article will be based on the current situation and problems of the Chongqing logistics industry, combining Mars＇ s theory of capital turnover, finally putting forward the countermeasures of development of logistics industry from the three main aspects including the government, the logistics industry and the society. Hope that it can accelerate enterprise capital, while enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and economic efficiency.
