摘要
互联网销售时代,满足客户的潜在需求是企业实施供应链管理的目标所在,以客户价值为导向,柔性、快速响应客户需求的供应链管理思路将成为企业重要的管理战略。文章以最能凸现快速响应客户需求的服装行业为背景,以柔性供应链管理为主题,讨论柔性供应链管理的应用必要性及主要对策,以此对当前的电商服装行业的发展做一些分析和展望。
