文章对省电力公司农配网物资供应进行了全流程的优化,构建了"物料标准管理、协议库存采购、实物寄存存储、物资统一调配、打包集中配送"五位一体的供应模式。实施后,物资供应响应时间由原来的80天缩短到10天,配网通用物资实现打包配送,实现省公司区域内的3小时敏捷供应。

This paper optimized the whole process of agricultural distribution network provisioning system of provincial power company by building a＂ five in one＂ supply mode of＂ standard materials management, contracted inventory purchasing, physical object storage, unified material allocation, and centralized package distribution＂. After implementation of the above mode, the response time of supply reduced from 80 days to 10 days, the general supplies of distribution network were delivered in package and could achieve 3 hours agile supply among provincial area.
