一种三节臂快装塔机二三臂锁紧装置的设计

摘要 针对当前三节臂快装塔机二三臂锁紧装置的技术不足,设计了一种用于二三臂机械锁紧的多连杆装置,并利用机械原理对其合理性进行了验证。根据某型号的快装塔机的臂架尺寸,对该装置中各零件的几何尺寸进行了设计计算。采用Pro/E对该装置进行三维实体建模,利用其机构模块对运动过程进行动态仿真,并进行动态干涉检查。根据运动原理,利用ANSYS对其进行瞬态动力学分析,总结滑块5的运动规律。为优化三节臂快装塔机二三臂锁紧装置提供了理论参考。 In allusion to the current technology defwiency of locking the second and third arms of three arms fast-erecting crane, a multi-link mechanism is designcd for locking the second and third arms mechanically. The mechanism's rationality is validated in mechanical principle. According to the arm frame sizes of a certain type of fast-erecting crane, the parts' geometric sizes of it is designed and calculate& The Pro/E is used for the 3D modeling of the mechanism, then, itsmoving process is simulated with the mechanism module of Pro^E, and the dynamic interference is checked up. According to the principle of movement, the ANSYS is used for the transient dynamic analysis of the mechanismwith capturing the motion process of the sliderS, h provides a theoretical reference for optimizing the locking mechanism of the second and third arms of three arms fast-erecting crane.
