摘要
超声检测附件是数控机床超声检测系统的核心组成部分,要实现数控机床超声自动检测,关键是编制出符合检测要求的附件NC代码。数控机床超声检测系统在检测时采用附件运动与机床运动在时间上同步的方法,为了实现该同步,可手工编写附件NC代码,但即使面对简单的被检工件,编程时也存在计算量大、效率低、精确度不高等问题。为此,着重研究分析附件NC代码后对其进行了规范,提出了以机床NC代码为基础的附件NC代码提取技术,并采用编译器设计原理和正则表达式匹配技术,设计开发了附件NC代码提取器。
Ultrasonic testing accessory is a core component of CNC machine tools ultrasonic detection system, to achieve automatic ultrasonic testing, the key to prepare of CNC machine tools, is to meet the testing requirements of accessory NC code. CNC machine tool ultrasonic detection system uses the method in the detection of accessories and the machine tool movements are synchronized in time, in order to achieve this synchronization, it can write the accessory NC code by hand, but even in the face a simple piece to be checked, there is a large amount of calculation, ?low efficiency, accuracy is not high in programming. Therefore, it focuses on the analysis of accessory NC code and standardizes it, proposing to the accessory NC code extraction technology based on machine NC code, and the use of compiler design principles and regular expression matching technology, design and development of the accessory NC code extractor.
