饰面纸自动铺装系统吸附过程仿真及结构优化 被引量:4

摘要 以某型号饰面纸自动铺装系统为研究对象,通过对其吸附过程进行力学分析,预估出三种可行的真空吸盘布局方式;在ANSYS中建立饰面纸三维实体模型,并利用ANSYS进行接触分析;结果表明:Φ30mm真空吸盘布局方式是三者中效果最好的方式。此外,基于考虑吸盘泄漏对整个吸盘组会产生影响,因此,利用FLUENT软件对吸盘泄漏和正常工作两种工况进行仿真;结果表明:整个吸盘组会因局部吸盘泄漏而造成整个吸盘组吸附失效,进而通过改进真空发生器布局方式来改变真空吸盘组布局方式,使得饰面纸自动铺装系统在局部吸盘泄漏时还能处于工作状态。 Taking an automatic decorative paper laying system as example, three reasonable layouts of vacuum suction cups may be presented through the mechanics analysis of decorative paper adsorption process. Three--dimensional entity model of decorative paper has been established in ANSYS and the contact analysis has been done. "φ30 mm layout" is proved to be the best appropriate scheme based on the simulation analysis. In addition, considering the effects of leakage on the suction cup group, both of leakage and normal working conditions are simulated using the FLUENT, the simulation results show that the whole suction cup group will not work due to local leakage, so the layout of suction cup group may be solved by improving layout of the vacuum generator. The whole automatic decorative paper laying system can still work even if the local suction cup leaks.
