火炮炮闩系统试验装置设计与动力学仿真分析

摘要 为提高火炮炮闩系统理论研究的可信度,开展了炮闩系统试验装置设计与分析。基于虚拟样机技术建立了试验装置动力学原理模型,并进一步分析了试验装置关键参数—开闩距离对试验装置动力学参数的影响规律。在开闩力取1000N、开闩质量取100kg条件下,基于试验装置原理模型分别对开闩距离取200mm、250mm、300mm、350mm、400mm时进行仿真试验,结果表明:除前两种开闩距离下未开闩,其余距离下皆可实现开闩,即开闩距离越大,越容易实现开闩;开闩过程中外力所做总功和有用功不断增加,但做功效率降低,即开闩过程损失的能量增加。开闩距离增加对开闩参数和做功的影响逐渐减小。研究结果为试验装置搭建和试验参数的选取提供理论支撑。 In order to improve the confidence level of theoretical research on gun breechblock system, a test device for breechblock system was designed and analyzed. With the design principle decided, the principle model of the test device for breechblock system was established based on the virtual prototype technology. Furthermore, influence of breechblock operating distance, one of the key test parameters of the test device, on dynamic parameters of test device was analyzed. Under the breechblock operating force 1000N and the breechblock operating mass 100kg, the simulation tests were performed based on the principle model of the test device when the breechblock operating distance was 200mm, 250ram, 300mm, 350mm and 400mm separately. The results show that breechblock could not be opened under the first two breechblock operating distance, but be opened successfully under other three breechblock operating distance. As the breechblock operating distance increases, it is easier to open breechblock. To be done by the breechblock operating force, both the total work and useful work would increase. But the e^wiency decreases, which means that the wasted energy increases during opening breechblock. The influences of breechblock operating distance on breechblock operating parameters and work diminishes. The research provides data support for breechblock operating distance choice in the test.
