十二五"时期是全面建设小康社会的关键时期,也是加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期,深入推进农村通信和信息化发展意义重大。"十二五"规划纲要明确提出,推进农村信息基础设施建设,加快农村地区宽带网络建设,全面提高宽带普及率和接入带宽。这对农村通信发展提出新的更高要求。全行业要根据工业化、信息化和城镇化统筹发展的总体要求以及农村通信发展规划思路,大力推进行政村通宽带、自然村通电话和信息下乡活动。为此本文从建设模式角度出发,探讨适合广电农网技术。

The Twelfth Five-Year Plan is a critical period of building moderately prosperous society in an allround way, and also it＇ s a crucial period to speed up the transformation of economic development, it＇ s significant to promote countryside communication and informatization deeply. The Twelfth Five-Year Plan explicit specifies： promote construction of information infrastructure in countryside, and speed up broadband network construction in countryside, average up broadband universality rate and broadband access comprehensively. This is a new and higher requirement for countryside communication development. The whole industry should promote broadband access in administrative villages and telephone connection in natural villages and information down to countryside energetically according to the overall requirements of industrialization and informatization and urbanization and also according to the plan and thinking of communication development in countryside. Thus, This paper will discuss suitable technol- ogy of countryside network for broadcasting and TV based on the construction mode.
