摘要
建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定多目标区域地球化学调查样品中的硒的分析方法。通过采用氢氟酸—硝酸—高氯酸分解样品,在40%盐酸溶液中,用硼氢化钾作为还原剂进行硒的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定。方法检出限为0.007μg/g,测定范围为0.02110μg/g。该方法操作简便,测定结果稳定,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于水系沉积物、土壤中硒量的测定。
The analytical method which uses hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine the selenium in geochemical samples is set up. In the 40% hydrochloric acid solution,potassium borohydride as the reducing agent, selenium in hydrofluoric acid-nitric acid-perchloric acid samples is determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The MDL is 0. 007μg / g,the range is0. 021 to 10 μg / g,the method is easy to operate,the result is stable,it has high sensitivity and accuracy,this is suitable for selenium determination in strata sediment and soil.
