脾脏窦岸细胞血管瘤自发性破裂1例 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料患者女,59岁。因突发意识丧失1h急诊入院。入院体格检查体温35℃,脉搏130次/分,无自主呼吸,血压测不出,昏迷状态,呼之不应,全身皮肤及黏膜苍白、湿冷,无外伤性表现,腹部饱满,较软,肠鸣音弱,未见胃肠型及蠕动波,肝脾未触及。左下腹腹腔穿刺抽出不凝血。急行腹部CT检查,
