摘要
基于产品动态需求,建立了以单元内和单元间物料搬运、加工制造、库存转包、延期惩罚等各项总物流成本为目标的单元构建模型.运用改进粒子群优化算法(MPSO)进行求解,设计了结构化的编码方式,以提高搜索全局最优解的效率.通过算例仿真验证了模型的正确性和算法的可靠性.
Considering the capacity of machine ,the alternative routings of parts procedure and so on , model is cestablished to determine the optimal cells w hile minimize the manufacturing ,material han‐dling ,subcontracting ,inventory holding and backorder penalty costs in all period .A modified PSO optimization algorithm is proposed to solve this problem .A structured encoding mechanism w as also proposed in modified PSO .The simulation experiment verified the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm .
